POD Copilot is a Chrome extension made by Reza (Telegram: @Xystic).
POD Copilot has no server of its own, no account system and no analytics. We do not collect, sell or share your personal data. The only information the extension sends out is your license key and a random identifier for your browser. They are sent to the license server run by the developer (a Google Apps Script web app) to check that the key is valid and to enforce the number of browsers a key may be used on. No browsing data, prompts or images are sent.
The extension saves the following in your own browser only (Chrome extension storage and the browser's local database): your license key, your settings and edited prompt templates, your queue, the reference images you add, and the images collected from chat replies until you download or clear them. This data never leaves your device through POD Copilot. You can remove it at any time by clearing the extension's data or uninstalling it.
On chatgpt.com, chat.openai.com, gemini.google.com, muse.ai, labs.google and flow.google.com, the extension inserts the prompt and image you chose into the chat or video box, sends it when you ask it to, and reads the generated reply to collect the images or videos (the generated videos are saved to your Downloads folder or added to your ZIP). Your prompts and images are then handled by the website you chose under that website's own terms and privacy policy. POD Copilot does not send them anywhere else.
storage and unlimitedStorage keep your data on your device. Access to script.google.com is used only to verify your license key. sidePanel shows the interface. downloads saves the ZIP and image files you ask for. Website access is limited to the sites listed above and the image and video hosts they use.
POD Copilot is not directed at children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new date.
